New footage and concept art from The Rise of the Planet of the Apes
I was getting my hopes up for this but I’m not sure, especially after seeing the trailer. I liked it better when it was called “Caesar” but I can understand how that doesn’t have mass appeal. The whole thing just looks too CGI-d out, but seeing how WETA is doing it, I’m not surprised.
For those new to this movie, it’s basically a re-imagining of Conquest of the Planet of the Apes.

Steve Zaillian Takes 'Timecrimes' Remake to DreamWorks
Anyone who knows me, knows that I’m a sucker for time travel and time paradox movies. It took me a while to get up the nerve to watch Timecrimes (the title and box art kinda put me off) but it’s a great movie worth watching.
It’ll be interesting to see what they do with it if they remake it.
